Here we go again
Mondays here and it's time to stop playing games. I have let my weight creep back up, not real bad but still going the wrong direction. Studying for the State Boards kicked my butt and stressed me out. I know that when I am stressed out I eat. The boards are over now and life can get back to normal, sort of. I had my bag packed for the gym last night and woke up this morning not being able to move with a sore back. The stress of studying and taking the test had my muscles extremely tight and I have no doubt I pulled them. So instead of the gym I hit the Ibuprofen. When my back loosens up I will hit it again but will try to curb my eating while I wait.
