running again
This week has been better as I have ran several times this week including a 4.5 mile run today. Yesterday I hit the gym and worked my muscles pretty good. Feeling pretty good except I am very sore right at this moment. My eating is getting better as well as I have been back to cereal for breakfast with yogurt. This weekend was beans and cornbread. This week I will be getting more chicken and fish in my diet and helping my daughter eat right for her cross country meets. Should be posting more status and giving updates on my weight again this week.
