Whole wheat pasta

Were trying to make menu's that help my youngest daughter a cross country runner prepare for her meets.  So today was whole wheat pasta and a salad.  Lunch was a peanut butter sandwich and breakfast as well.  I am finding it really hard to get up early to hit the gym now that it's dark and cooler outside.  I didn't get to run today because of my daughters meet but I did stay very busy all day today and got a hard days work in.  Slowly but surely I will lose this weight.
