Not a bad start especially for Halloween. Here was today's menu

1 slice of pizza at Chuck E Cheese 240
Lots and lots of water Total Cals 1625
My goal was 1500 and the party at the pizza place messed that up but me and my daughter ran 3.2 miles up some hilly areas. So hopefully I burned up a few extra cals.
