must add the gym
I have improved my eating this week but have not been faithful to the gym because we are building a chicken coop from the time I get off work until dark. I thought all of that hammering and lifting lumber would help with the weight but it doesn't seem to be doing the job. I know that the gym will be a requirement to make the weight move but I have been eating better and putting in a hard days work so nothing to be ashamed about.
