Finally ran again.
Today was a good day as I put in over 8 hours of painting the outside of the daycare. Lots of climbing up and down ladders, scraping and painting. Was able to get a 30 minute run in and it felt really good. I have slacked off of the running and was focusing on the weight room but with a 5k on Thanksgiving morning I think I better pick up the running habit again. Breakfast was unusual as I ate leftover whole wheat spaghetti, lunch was a peanut butter sandwich and dinner was a baked porksteak and baked fries with baked beans. Not great overall with the veggies today but will try to add more tomorrow.
