I have two main goals for the year 2017. One is to drop to 250 pounds and the second is to become Christ like. This blog will be a diary of my progress. Appropriately named For U my heart.

lots of work
This morning started with a 30 minute workout on the stairstepper and then on to work. Breakfast was a protein bar, lunch was a pork steak and dinner was leftover chicken, potatoes and corn, snacked on kellog chips and another protein bar. Today I was able to get a lot of work done. Grass mowed, tires repaired, garden tilled and corn planted, flowers put in and brush piles burned. Really great night of hard work. I will be very sad when I have to return back to school.
