nice weekend for a run
Had a great day today, Bible study then dropped the kids off for Sunday school then to the fair at Wentzville. Started the day with a bowl of cereal and a lunch of beef jerky (food for the fair) some baked chips, dinner was leftovers from last night. Had a week moment and enjoyed half a donut but made sure to run 3 miles to hopefully burn it back off. Will need to be careful tomorrow as I get together with family. We are taking chicken breast, a veggie tray and an angel food cake with fat free whip cream covered with raspberries and blueberries. Now I just need to restrain myself and eat very careful. Enjoy your holiday and will post my weight in the morning.
