Week 4 in review

What I learned:  Cookie cake is very tempting
                           I still hate running
                           I workout more when I have no classes to attend
                           There is a large variety of foods out there.
                           Generic Crystal Light drinks are my best friend right now.

Surprises:  We were using at least 5 pounds of sugar every 3 weeks if not more, after 4 weeks into my diet we have only used 1/2 tsp.  What a big difference.

This week has been easier and I cannot believe how long I have used excuses to avoid eating better and getting in shape.  My body is really beginning to enjoy the life change as well.
